Any time, every day
We are available all day, every day to assist your family during this difficult time. We will provide guidance and support throughout the entire process. In the event of a passing, we have a dedicated care counselor on standby 24/7 to assist with initiating the process when you are ready.
concierge service
A Direct Cremation representative will contact you when the time is appropriate to arrange for the transportation of your loved one to our secured location. We'll keep you updated along the way through the arrangement process.
Filing made easy
Paperwork is an essential step in the cremation process, but we want to make it as straightforward as possible for you. All forms can be completed online and signed electronically, and we will take care of submitting the death certificate and obtaining the permit for final disposition on your behalf. As soon as we register the death certificate with the state, we'll keep you updated with a date and time of cremation.
we personally deliver
Once the cremation process is completed, we will contact you to confirm the preferred method of delivery for the urn. Our care team will handle the delivery of the urn and death certificates directly to you. We do not rely on any external delivery service, and we also offer the option of USPS Priority Express delivery if you are located outside of our service area.
